Is it enough just to want to be lean. Is it enough to really want to be lean. I believe the answer to that is NO. You can even want it really really badly. You ask any 300lb person if they want to lose the weight really really badly and they will tell you YES, I would do anything for that.
It takes a strong desire to manifest what you want in life so why don’t we see the results that we yearn for the most. We can all think of examples of people who are heavy and desperately want to lose weight or people that would do anything to get out of a cycle of debt and poverty. So we might ask, why isn’t the Law of Attraction working for these people. The words YEARN and DESIRE may seem similar but vibrationally and emotionally they could not be further apart, yet they are both descriptives for wanting something really badly. When you yearn for something that has eluded you, the feeling that it evokes is one of want with desperation and it is accompanied by negative feeling of need or lack. The focus emotionally is on what you don’t have. However, it is imperative to desire something or desire a result before it is manifested. Desire is asking for what you want with a feeling of elation and gratitude. It’s all about how you feel. If you want to be lean but you walk around with shame or self loathing you are asking for more weight.
