I watched the Haiti Relief program last night on TV and was overwhelmed by the devastation there.

But what I saw also was the incredible spirit of the people of Haiti. They pulled people out of the rubble after days of being buried alive and they came out singing for joy.

People refused to be overtaken by this incredible trauma - they worked together with their bare hands to remove people from the rubble.

They are outside in extreme circumstances - hospitals are being set up in parks and amputations are being done without any pain medication in order to save lives - antibiotics which could save many lives right now are not available.

Look into your heart at the abundance you have now and share a small portion of it to make someone else's life bareable.
