Respecting choices
We are continuously choosing. We choose to get up in the morning. We choose to go to work. We choose what we'll eat for dinner. Some choices are habitual, some are easy, and some are hard since they might hurt someone's feelings.
It is important to consider the consequences of your choices, the effect that they will have on those around you; but most importantly, the respect for your choices needs to first come from yourself.
If we want to change a habit, we need to choose differently. If we want to make a small change or a big change, consider the consequences but always look for your own approval and always respect your own choices.
