Default 90 Day Challenge- Day 36

Hi folks,

Happy New Year!!! For those of you that are thinking about joining our challenge it is a perfect day to set your goal. Today is Chinese New Years and a great opportunity to make a commitment to yourself and to others that you want to make a change in your actions to change your results. I am already at Day 36....it has been a challenging week though and I am still not feeling 100% . But I am listening to my body, I spent most of the day in bed resting to rebuild my strength. I did venture out to the health food store to pick up some supplements and some organic food to help nurse me back to full health. I have been reading a new book called "the gabriel method" it is an incredible story of one man's journey to become lean and healthy without dieting and without surgery. He lost over 200 pounds and looks absolutely incredible, a lot of what he teaches is included in Les' body thought program and resulted in her losing over 100 pounds. He talks about why we resist exercise and that once we have the right program running it will be something we do naturally, effortlessly, we just have to turn off our fat program and turn on our lean program.

So I am working on turning on my lean program!! I hope you will join me!

Default 90 Day Challenge - Day 37

Hi folks

I know I have been a little sporadic with my exercising and my blogging but I have been battling a flu bug. I believe the battle is over and I WON!!! lol!! I did my workout today on a stepping machine. I haven' t used one of them in a very long time!!! It was great to use different muscles, but I will be happy to get back to my P90X program and to Tony....

I have been watching the men's figure skating tonight and I think that there are a number of them that have come down with the flu that are just not performing to their standard. That is how I feel but for me there is much less at stake. None the less the feeling of not meeting or beating your personal best is something that can destroy your motivation and confidence. The key is to talk yourself through it. To remind yourself what you are capable of and then live into it.

I plan to live with no regrets, no compromises and with confidence that I can do whatever I set my mind to. What are your plans?
